ICBScan provides informational tools to view public ICB Network data. Features may change, be rate-limited, or be unavailable during maintenance.

Nothing on ICBScan is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Token listings and prices (when shown) are informational only.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse APIs, scrape in a way that degrades service, or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not use ICBScan to facilitate unlawful activity
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with ICBScan or ICB Labs

4. Accuracy

We strive for accurate indexing but do not warrant completeness, timeliness, or error-free data. Always verify critical information with multiple sources and your own node or wallet where appropriate.

5. Third-party content

Links, ads, token metadata, NFT media, and project materials may come from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites or assets.

6. Intellectual property

ICBScan branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable law. You may not copy the site wholesale. On-chain data remains subject to the public nature of the blockchain.

7. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ICBSCAN, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR TRANSACTION ERRORS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of ICBScan from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
